How Dialer Rankings Scores Parallel Dialers, and Who Runs It
Dialer Rankings is built and run by CallCloud, and CallCloud's own Parallel Dialer appears in these tables, ranked first under the default weights. The scores come from a published rubric: twelve criteria, each with a default weight, computed the same way for every vendor. Every page lets you move the sliders and re-rank the field with your own weights, because the defaults are CallCloud's editorial judgement, not yours and not ours to insist on.
Where the numbers come from
Every field is read from each vendor's own pricing and product pages, on the date shown in the facts (2026-10-09 for this dataset), and carries a citation. Each entry is then reviewed before it goes into a table. Two criteria are worth flagging honestly: spam protection and the pause on pick-up are what each vendor states on its own pages, not something this site has timed or tested. When CallCloud's pages state something about CallCloud, that is the publisher stating it about its own product, same as any other vendor.
If a price is wrong, tell us. A reader-reported price gets checked against the vendor's page and corrected, with the read date updated.
What the site does not do: no paid placements, no sponsored rankings, no user reviews or ratings. Nothing in a table can be bought.
How the bill is computed
The "whole bill" is the whole monthly bill: the plan, plus any base seat it requires, plus a phone number when none is included, plus usage past the allowance. Vendors that meter per minute with a one-minute minimum get a floor, not a ceiling, since each counted call bills as at least one minute. Overage a vendor does not publish is modelled at 2 cents a minute. Euro prices convert at 1.1206 dollars to the euro (the ECB rate on 2026-10-09). All prices are before tax.
Bills cover a seat with at least 5 lines dialing at once, because a three-line seat dials fewer numbers at once and is a smaller product. Vendors whose plans all have fewer lines, such as Skipcall, DialSheet, Mojo Dialer and WAVV, are shown as "up to N lines per rep" instead of a bill, and their smaller plans sit in their own section rather than being compared against 5-line seats as if equal.
The dialing assumptions come from CallCloud's own fleet, stated as such: a typical rep day is 210 dials, the heaviest reps run 2,000 a day, there are 21 dialing days a month, 47% of dials are answered by a person or a machine, and 26% become a live conversation longer than 10 seconds. Bills are computed at 100, 210, 600 and 2,000 dials a day, month to month where sold.
The rubric
The default weights, and what each criterion measures:
| Criterion | Weight | What it scores |
|---|---|---|
| Whole bill | 20 | The whole monthly bill for a five-line seat against the cheapest in the field, averaged over 210, 600 and 2,000 dials a day, month to month where sold |
| Truly unlimited | 15 | Unlimited calling with no fair-use ceiling; a published ceiling or a meter costs points |
| No commitment | 12 | One seat, month to month; quarterly or annual-only billing and seat minimums cost points |
| Spam protection | 10 | Caller-ID rotation, number-health monitoring, flagged numbers rested or replaced, and branded caller ID, a quarter each, half credit if it takes a higher plan or paid add-on |
| No pick-up pause | 10 | The vendor states the rep is live the instant a prospect answers, or publishes a connect time under a second; a choice between instant and screened connects scores three quarters, screening every answer first or saying nothing a quarter |
| Lines | 8 | Five or more lines dialing at once per rep |
| Published price | 8 | A price you can read without booking a demo |
| CRM sync | 6 | Native sync with the CRMs and sales platforms B2B teams run; five or more for full marks |
| Calling toolkit | 5 | Voicemail drop, voicemail detection, local presence, call recording, AI call notes, live coaching and do-not-call tools, a seventh each, half credit if it takes a higher plan or paid add-on |
| Works on its own | 3 | Runs without another platform you must already pay for |
| No setup fee | 2 | No one-time setup or onboarding charge |
| Free trial | 1 | A free trial before the first charge |
Vendors with no published price, currently JustCall, Orum, Nooks, Koncert and Kixie, cannot be scored on the whole bill and are not ranked. They stay in the dataset with the features they publish.
The default result
Under these weights, the order is CallCloud 9.3, Enzo Dialer 8.2, CloudTalk 8.0, Salesfinity 7.6, PowerDialer.ai 7.5, Klenty 7.2, Skipcall 7.2, BatchDialer 7.1, Readymode 6.9, WAVV 6.7, Mojo Dialer 6.6, Trellus 6.5 and DialSheet 5.9. That is the fixed, computed output of the rubric above, and CallCloud's own product sits at the top of it. If price matters more to you than anything else, drop the other weights and CloudTalk's metered bill leads the field; if you only dial 100 numbers a day, the same thing happens. The sliders exist so the ranking follows your priorities, not ours.
CallCloud also sells a Power Dialer Extension for Salesloft, Outreach and HubSpot at $60 a seat a month. That is a single-line power dialer, not a parallel dialer, so it is not in these tables.
Questions
Can a vendor pay to move up?
No. There are no paid placements and no sponsored rankings. Every score is computed from the published rubric against the vendor's own pages.
How do I know a price is current?
Each figure carries a read date, 2026-10-09 for this dataset, and a citation to the vendor page it came from. If you spot a wrong price, report it and it gets corrected after being checked against the vendor's page.
Why isn't Orum or Nooks ranked?
They do not publish a price, so the whole bill cannot be scored. JustCall, Orum, Nooks, Koncert and Kixie are listed with their published features but not ranked.
Did you test the dialers yourselves?
No. Spam protection and the pause on pick-up are what each vendor states on its own pages, with a citation. This site has not timed or tested any dialer.
Can I make price the only thing that matters?
Yes. The sliders on each ranking let you re-weight every criterion, so you can put the whole bill at 20 and everything else at zero, or weight spam protection highest, and the table re-ranks instantly.
