The Best Parallel Dialer in 2026, Ranked
The best parallel dialer in 2026, under this site's published rubric, is the Parallel Dialer from CallCloud, the company that builds and runs this site. It scores 9.3 out of 10, ahead of Enzo Dialer at 8.2 and CloudTalk at 8.0, and it wins on the terms as much as the price: $125 a seat a month, month to month, five lines, unlimited calling with no fair-use ceiling, and the strongest stated spam protection in the dataset. That is the ranking under the default weights, but it is your call, not ours: the table below shows each vendor's score with per-criterion bars, and the sliders beneath it let you change the weights and re-rank the field on the spot. Every price here was read from each vendor's own pages on 2026-10-09, and this site has not timed or tested any dialer; pick-up and spam claims are the vendors' own statements.
Score out of 10. Each block in a bar is one criterion, as wide as its weight, in the same place on every bar; the filled part is what that dialer earns.

Scores are computed from the published data on this site, read from each vendor's pages on 2026-10-09. Spam protection, pick-up and the toolkit score what each vendor states, not our own tests. The default weights are ours; so is one of the products. Move the sliders and the list re-ranks.
The ranking
The whole bill is the plan, plus any base seat it requires, plus a phone number when none is included, plus usage past the allowance, for a seat with at least five lines dialing at once, month to month where sold. The default weights: whole bill 20, truly unlimited 15, no commitment 12, spam protection 10, no pick-up pause 10, lines 8, published price 8, CRM sync 6, calling toolkit 5, works on its own 3, no setup fee 2, free trial 1.

Drag the sliders and the table re-ranks immediately. Push the whole-bill weight up and the cheaper seats, CloudTalk and Enzo Dialer, climb.
1. CallCloud
Score: 9.3 out of 10. CallCloud, the publisher of this site, sells a browser-based parallel dialer it describes as built for lean sales teams and solo sales reps. It is first under these weights, and the reasons are concrete: $125 a seat a month, month to month, one seat at a time with no seat minimum; five lines; unlimited calls to the US and Canada with no fair-use ceiling and no overage rate; one number included, extras $2 a month; no setup fee; a 3-day free trial; and cancellation from the dashboard. On spam protection it is one of only two vendors in the dataset stating all four protections on every plan: automatic outbound-number rotation, number-health monitoring that watches each number's pickup rate, automatic resting and 30-day swapping of flagged numbers, and branded caller ID. On the pause, CallCloud states the rep is already on the line when a prospect answers and publishes a median pickup-to-connect time of 119 ms. Its honest limits: it is not the cheapest seat (CloudTalk bills $72 and Enzo Dialer $120 at 210 dials a day, though CloudTalk's bill first passes CallCloud's $125 at about 1,285 dials a day), its toolkit skips voicemail detection (86%), and there is no annual or quarterly term, so no discount for committing.
2. Enzo Dialer
Score: 8.2 out of 10. A web dialer for real estate agents, investors and wholesalers, home-services teams and outbound sales floors. Starter is $120 a seat a month month to month, $99 billed annually, with five lines, unlimited calling and 35 managed caller IDs included. It holds the cheapest bill at the heaviest volumes: $120 flat at 2,000 dials a day. Spam protection is nearly complete, on every seat: caller-ID rotation, reputation monitoring, and monitoring and replacement of flagged numbers; branded caller ID is not stated. Enzo states the agent takes the call live when someone answers, with no detection delay, though it also lists answering-machine detection. The real limits: only two integrations (Follow Up Boss and MyPlusLeads), a $250 one-time setup fee on month-to-month plans (waived on annual), no free trial, no voicemail drop, and no AI call notes; live coaching starts on Standard.
3. CloudTalk
Score: 8.0 out of 10. Parallel Dialer is a $39 add-on to a paid CloudTalk plan, so a seat starts at $66 month to month before a number ($6 a month) and usage. It suits outbound sales teams working large cold lists. It bills the least at typical volume: $72 at 210 dials a day, and it keeps the biggest toolkit share among the top three (93%), including a 14-day trial. The limits: "unlimited" is capped by fair use at 10,000 minutes per user per month, and the Parallel Dialer FAQ says 5,000 for a parallel-dialing agent, with minutes past the limit charged from account credit at no published single overage rate. Number-health monitoring and flagged-number remediation come only as the paid Numeracle add-on; rotation is not stated. On the pause, the customer chooses instant connect or screening first; CloudTalk's 1.5 seconds is a voicemail-detection figure, not a published connect time.
4. Salesfinity
Score: 7.6 out of 10. A web dialer for outbound sales teams, particularly B2B SaaS SDRs. Gold is $299 a seat a month, month to month, five lines, 10 rotating caller IDs included. Spam protection is strong: SmartRotate distribution, SmartGuard monitoring across major US carriers, and automatic remediation, resting or swapping of flagged numbers, all on Gold; branded caller ID is not stated. Salesfinity states the rep is live the instant a prospect answers and publishes a 400 ms median connection. The toolkit is deep (93%): voicemail drop, voicemail filtering, local presence, recording and AI call summaries; live coaching starts on Enterprise. The limits: it is the most expensive seat in the ranked field, "unlimited" is capped at 10,000 dials per user per calendar month, and the free trial converts to paid unless canceled at least 24 hours before it expires.
5. PowerDialer.ai
Score: 7.5 out of 10. A web dialer for B2B sales teams, agencies and SDRs. Standard Unlimited is $199 a seat a month month to month, $139 billed annually, five lines. It states the first live answer connects instantly, with no awkward pauses, though it publishes no time in milliseconds. Spam protection: dynamic number rotation, real-time caller-ID monitoring and branded caller ID (CNAM) are described with no plan specified; resting flagged numbers is not stated. Voicemail detection is included; voicemail drop and local-presence dialing are listed from the $139 annual level, and the pricing page does not say which plans include parallel dialing. The fine print bites: a 3,000-minute-per-user-per-month fair-use limit on "unlimited" calling, calls rounded up to full minutes (a voicemail answer can trigger a one-minute charge), and annual subscriptions that are prepaid and non-refundable.
6. Klenty
Score: 7.2 out of 10. A web dialer for SDR and BDR teams doing high-volume outbound, including teams selling into the US market. Sales Dialer Pro is $80 a seat a month, billed annually only; there is no month-to-month option in the dataset. Five lines, 2,000 minutes included, then 2.1 cents a minute, with credits used from the moment a call is answered or reaches voicemail. Its strength is stated spam protection: with CallCloud, it is one of only two vendors stating all four protections (rotation, health monitoring, flagged-number resting and replacement, branded caller ID). The pause is its weak point: when voicemail detection is enabled, each answer passes through an "Analyzing" stage before the rep is connected, and Klenty publishes no measured connect time. Its bill first passes CallCloud's $125 at about 420 dials a day.
7. Skipcall
Score: 7.2 out of 10. A web dialer for sales reps, SDR and BDR teams, recruiters, founders and prospecting agencies. Plans are set in euros before VAT: Starter $75, Intermediate $150 and Expert $280 a seat a month month to month, each with four lines, so Skipcall is shown as "up to 4 lines per rep" rather than billed as a five-line seat. Starter meters 400 conversations (calls longer than 10 seconds); Intermediate 1,000; Expert is unlimited with no stated ceiling. Skipcall states the first human answer is passed to the rep instantly, with no silence on answer. The limits: only caller-ID rotation is stated for spam protection; health monitoring, flagged-number handling and branded caller ID are not stated, and there is no free trial.
8. BatchDialer
Score: 7.1 out of 10. A real-estate dialer for agents, investors and wholesalers, plus high-volume outbound teams. Pro is $189 a seat a month month to month, $151 billed annually, five lines, unlimited calling, 40 numbers included. Phone reputation monitoring is on every plan, and automatic number replacement comes on Pro and Enterprise. The pause is the gap: BatchDialer says its predictive dialer connects the rep when someone answers, but does not specify the answer-to-rep delay or whether detection precedes the connection. Caller-ID rotation and branded caller ID are not stated. Local presence and AI coaching and summaries start on Pro. After the 7-day trial the account automatically moves to the paid plan, with no partial refunds for unused time.
9. Readymode
Score: 6.9 out of 10. A call-center predictive dialer for sales, lead-generation and outbound teams. Starter is $239 a seat a month month to month, $199 billed annually, with 20 concurrent lines, 30 numbers and unlimited calling subject to a fair-use policy with no published numerical ceiling. Each answer is screened for a live person or a machine before an available agent is connected, and no answer-to-agent time is published. The spam protections (Autopilot number cycling, reputation monitoring, managed remediation) sit on the higher iQ plan at $299; branded calling comes through a First Orion partnership discount. Voicemail drop is a paid add-on requiring qualification and consent. No free trial is published.
10. WAVV
Score: 6.7 out of 10. A multi-line dialer that runs inside a CRM such as HighLevel, HubSpot, REDX, PropertyRadar or Wise Agent, so it suits teams already working in one of those. Multi Line (Individual) is $149 a seat a month month to month, three lines, unlimited with computer audio (phone dial-ins are capped at 7,500 minutes a month). WAVV lets the rep connect immediately on every answer or turn on voicemail skipping; it publishes no numeric connect time. Spam monitoring and automatic flag removal cost $6.99 per number as an add-on, or are included for 50 numbers on Team Elite; rotation is not stated. Local presence is on the Team plans only. A 7-day free trial is offered.
11. Mojo Dialer
Score: 6.6 out of 10. A real-estate prospecting dialer for agents and investors. Triple Line Dialer is $139 a seat a month plus a required $10 Agent Access license, $149 combined, three lines, unlimited subject to a typical-use standard with no published number. Spam protection is its standout (88%): rotation after 50-1,000 calls per caller ID, included Reputation Guard monitoring, and automatic appeals through TransUnion CNO; branded caller ID is the optional $10 Mojo Caller ID. On the pause it says little: "fast first hello responses" with no time and no no-pause promise. Call recording is a $25 a month add-on, voicemail detection is not stated, and no free trial is published.
12. Trellus
Score: 6.5 out of 10. A parallel dialer that runs inside a sales platform, with 13 integrations including Salesloft, Outreach, HubSpot, Apollo and Google Sheets. Power + Parallel is $149.99 a seat a month month to month, five lines. Usage is metered, not unlimited: legacy plans carry 3,000 Bridged Minutes pooled across seats, then 4 cents a minute, and a 2,000 call-attempts-per-user-per-day cap applies. It states the rep is live the instant a prospect answers and puts its own delay at 300 ms. The limits: the bill reaches $819.59 a month at 2,000 dials a day; voicemail detection, local presence and do-not-call tools are not stated; and live coaching is on the custom-priced Business plan.
13. DialSheet
Score: 5.9 out of 10. A web dialer for teams who live on the phone: real estate wholesalers, insurance agents, recruiters and lead-generation agencies. Parallel dialing is a $19 add-on to the $29 Pro seat, $48 month to month, four lines, with calls and numbers billed through your own Twilio account at about 1.3 to 2 cents a minute (the ranking uses the low end). It offers a choice of instant connect or voicemail screening, and illustrates a rep bridged in 0.4 seconds without identifying that figure as a measured average. The limits are steep: spam protection scores zero, with nothing stated; it needs the Twilio account to run; it syncs with HubSpot only; and no free trial is published.
Not ranked
Five vendors are excluded because they publish no price, so the whole bill, the heaviest criterion, cannot be scored: JustCall (SalesPro is custom-priced with a two-license minimum), Orum (Ascend is quote-only with a nine-seat minimum, though Orum publishes a 700 ms median connect time), Nooks (pricing and service capacity are set per order form, two-seat minimum), Koncert (Symphony and Symphony+ are request-pricing), and Kixie (Multi-Line PowerDialer is quote-only, with a 7-day trial). They appear in the dataset's counts but not in the ranking.
Questions
Is the cheapest seat the best buy?
Not always. CloudTalk bills $72 at 210 dials a day, but its metered bill first passes CallCloud's $125 at about 1,285 dials a day, and Klenty passes at about 420. The rubric scores the bill across 210, 600 and 2,000 dials a day, so a seat that looks cheap at typical volume can cost more at heavy volume. Know your dials a day before you pick.
How much should the pick-up pause matter?
If your prospects hang up on silence, a lot. The rubric scores what vendors state, not our own timing: ten of the eighteen vendors say the rep is live the instant a prospect answers, three let you choose instant or screened connects, three screen every answer first, and two say nothing. A published figure like CallCloud's 119 ms, Trellus's 300 ms or Salesfinity's 400 ms is a vendor's promise, not a test result.
What if my team only needs three or four lines?
Several vendors top out below five lines and are shown as smaller seats, not billed as five-line equals: Skipcall and DialSheet at four lines, Mojo Dialer and WAVV at three. Their plans are listed in their own sections above. If five simultaneous lines matter to you, give the lines criterion more weight and they drop.
Can I trust a ranking published by a vendor?
CallCloud builds and runs this site, and its product ranks first under the default weights, so read the ranking with that in mind. Every figure comes from vendors' own pages, the rubric and weights are published in full, and the sliders let you re-weight the criteria so CallCloud falls behind if your priorities differ. Read the limits in CallCloud's section, the missing voicemail detection and the higher monthly price, as carefully as the strengths.
