Best Parallel Dialer for Real Estate Investors

For a real-estate investor working expired, FSBO and absentee-owner lists, the best parallel dialer is CallCloud's Parallel Dialer at $125 a seat a month, month to month. CallCloud makes this site, so score it with that in mind. It tops the ranking below on the investor weighting: the whole monthly bill and truly unlimited calling weigh the most, because a dialer that charges per minute or meters "conversations" gets expensive fast when you are running 210 dials a day (the typical rep day measured on CallCloud's own fleet). CRM sync weighs nothing here, because most investors work from a list or a simple pipeline, not a five-tool B2B sales stack. The ranking below shows each vendor's score and per-criterion bars, with sliders so you can re-weight every criterion yourself and watch the order re-rank live.

Scores are computed from the published data on this site, read from each vendor's pages on 2026-10-09. Spam protection, pick-up and the toolkit score what each vendor states, not our own tests. The default weights are ours; so is one of the products. Move the sliders and the list re-ranks.

How the investor weighting works

The scoring rubric has twelve criteria. The assignment for this page pushes the two cost criteria to the front:

  • Whole bill (25) and Truly unlimited (20) carry almost half the total. The bill is the whole monthly cost of a five-line seat: plan, any base seat it requires, a phone number when none is included, and usage past the allowance, averaged across a 210-dial day, a 600-dial two-hour session, and the 2,000-dial heavy rep day. Truly unlimited means no fair-use ceiling: a published cap or a per-minute meter costs points.
  • No commitment (8) matters because investors often call in bursts and pause between lead drops.
  • Spam protection (12) stays heavy. A "Spam Likely" label on your number kills pickups on lists you spent money on.
  • No pick-up pause (8) matters: an owner who answers and hears dead air hangs up.
  • CRM sync (0). An investor syncing to Salesforce is paying for something they do not use.
  • Everything else, Lines (8), Published price (7), Calling toolkit (5), Works on its own (3), No setup fee (2), Free trial (2), is standard.

Move any slider below and the table re-ranks on the spot.

The computed ranking

#VendorScore
1CallCloud9.2
2Enzo Dialer8.5
3CloudTalk7.7
4Klenty7.5
5BatchDialer7.2
6Skipcall6.9

Three dialers in the dataset are built for real-estate lists outright: BatchDialer, Enzo Dialer and Mojo Dialer all market to real estate agents, investors and wholesalers, and BatchDialer integrates with PropStream and BatchLeads. DialSheet names real-estate wholesalers among its target users. The rest are general sales dialers that work fine on investor lists.

#1 CallCloud, 9.2

CallCloud's Parallel Dialer is $125 a seat a month, month to month, five lines, unlimited calling with no fair-use ceiling and no overage rate, and one number included with extras at $2 a month. That is 2.8 cents a dial at 210 dials a day and 0.3 cents at 2,000. The bill score is 70%: CloudTalk and Enzo beat it on raw monthly cost at typical volume, but CloudTalk's fair-use cap of 10,000 minutes (the Parallel Dialer FAQ says 5,000 for a parallel-dialing agent) and Enzo's $250 one-time setup fee on month-to-month plans narrow that gap. CallCloud scores 100% on spam protection (rotation, number-health monitoring, flagged numbers rested or replaced, branded caller ID, all stated on every plan) and publishes a 22 ms pickup-to-connect time. Two honest limits: it does not offer voicemail detection, so a rep has no stated machine-detection on answered calls, and there is no annual or quarterly term, so month-to-month customers never get a discount for committing.

#2 Enzo Dialer, 8.5

Enzo is built for real estate investors and wholesalers, with two-way Follow Up Boss sync. Starter is $120 a seat a month month to month, five lines, unlimited calling, 35 managed caller IDs included, but with a $250 one-time white-glove buildout fee, so the first month is $370; billed annually the setup fee is waived and the plan drops to $99. It states the rep is live the instant a prospect answers, includes caller-ID rotation, reputation monitoring and managed replacement on every plan, and scores 100% on Truly unlimited. It loses points on setup fee (40%), CRM sync (0%, but that costs it nothing here), no free trial, and no voicemail drop or AI call notes. Live coaching starts on Standard, not Starter.

#3 CloudTalk, 7.7

CloudTalk is the cheapest bill in the dataset at typical volume: $72 a month for the Parallel Dialer add-on plus a Lite plan, at 1.6 cents a dial at 210 dials a day. But the add-on's "unlimited" calling is capped by fair use at 10,000 minutes per user per month, and the Parallel Dialer FAQ says 5,000 for a parallel-dialing agent, so it scores only 50% on Truly unlimited. At about 1,285 dials a day the metered bill passes CallCloud's flat $125. Month-to-month billing, a 14-day free trial and a strong calling toolkit (93%) help; number-health monitoring and flagged-number remediation only come through the paid Numeracle add-on, and the customer chooses between an instant connection and a 1.5-second voicemail screen.

#4 Klenty, 7.5

Klenty is a B2B cold-calling tool, not a real-estate dialer, and it shows in the terms: Sales Dialer Pro is $80 a seat a month but billed annually only, there is no month-to-month option at all, and each answer is screened for voicemail before the rep is connected, with the vendor acknowledging a bridge-time gap and publishing no connect time. Pro includes 2,000 minutes then about 2.1 cents a minute, so the metered bill passes CallCloud's $125 at about 420 dials a day. It does score 100% on spam protection, all four protections stated on every plan, and the first year costs $978.32 for one rep.

#5 BatchDialer, 7.2

BatchDialer is squarely a real-estate product, marketed to agents, investors and wholesalers, with integrations to PropStream and BatchLeads and real-estate property details built in. Pro is $189 a seat a month month to month ($151 billed annually), five lines, unlimited calling, 40 numbers included, with DNC and litigator scrubbing and live listening, whisper and barge on every plan. It scores 100% on Truly unlimited and No commitment, with a 7-day free trial. It drops on spam protection (38%: monitoring on every plan, but number replacement and Smart Local Presence only on Pro and Enterprise) and on the pause (25%: the vendor says nothing about the answer-to-rep delay, and G2 reviewers report some connection delays).

#6 Skipcall, 6.9

Skipcall markets to B2B prospecting teams, and its biggest limit for investors is seat size: every plan has four lines, not five, so it is scored on a smaller seat and no five-line bill is computed. Expert is $280 a seat a month month to month ($210 billed annually) with unlimited calling and two numbers; Starter and Intermediate meter conversations, meaning calls longer than 10 seconds, which is exactly the kind of meter the investor weighting punishes. It states the rep is live the instant a prospect answers, includes voicemail drop, detection, local presence, recording and AI summaries on every plan, and publishes prices in euros before VAT. There is no free trial and no spam protection stated beyond number rotation.

Mojo Dialer, WAVV and DialSheet all cap at three or four lines per rep and are shown as smaller seats rather than bills; JustCall, Orum, Nooks, Koncert and Kixie publish no price, so their whole bill cannot be scored.

Questions

Which dialer should I pick if I only care about cost per dial?

CallCloud at $125 a month flat is the strongest cheap-at-volume option with a five-line seat and a published price. CloudTalk is $72 at 210 dials a day but passes CallCloud's bill at about 1,285 dials a day once the fair-use meter runs. Enzo's annual Starter at $99 with the setup fee waived is the cheapest unlimited five-line seat in the dataset if you will commit to a year.

Which of these are actually built for real-estate investors?

BatchDialer, Enzo Dialer and Mojo Dialer all market to real estate agents, investors and wholesalers. BatchDialer adds PropStream and BatchLeads integrations and property details; Enzo syncs with Follow Up Boss. The others are general dialers you can point at any list.

Why does CRM sync count for zero here?

Investors typically dial from a purchased list and track deals in a spreadsheet or a light CRM, so native Salesforce or Salesloft sync is a feature they pay for and never open. If you run Podio or Follow Up Boss, check the integration lists per vendor and raise the slider yourself.

How much does the pick-up pause matter on cold lists?

A lot: 26% of dials in the fleet assumptions become a live conversation longer than 10 seconds, and dead air at that moment is where hang-ups happen. CallCloud, Enzo, Skipcall and Salesfinity all state the rep is live on answer; Klenty and Readymode screen every answer first and score lower for it.

What happens if I dial 2,000 a day?

Only three vendors keep the bill near the typical-day cost at that volume: Enzo at $99 to $120, CallCloud at $125, and Klenty at $140. Trellus's metered plan climbs to $819.59 and PowerDialer.ai to $473.80 billed annually, so check the heavy-rep column in the ranking below before committing.
